Hydrolysis and extraction
1.Prepare 2g
2.Add internal solution 及0.2 M Sodium acetate buffer solution15mL
3.Add homogenizer 、Mix by Vortex for 10 minutes
4.Add β-glucuronidase 100 uL
5.37℃ Water bath for 1 hour
6.Add hydrochloric acid 2 mL ,then vortex for 10 minutes
7.4℃ 10000 rpm centrifuge for 10 minutes
8. Prepare supernatant with 4℃ 5000 rpm ,then centrifuge for 10 minutes

5Take 500 μL of stock solution and add 5 mM ammonium acetate: Methanol (9:1, v/v) solution to make the volume 1000 μL
